Incoming Senate HELP Committee majority seeks a Senior Labor Policy Advisor/Labor Policy Advisor – Applicants should have 4-7 years of policy experience, with experience in minimum wage, paid family and medical leave, collective bargaining and organizing, and/or other high-profile labor policies. The successful candidate for this position will be able to develop and execute unique policy, outreach, and oversight proposals. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines, collaborate well with colleagues, and distill information for lay audiences. Previous policy experience is required for this role, but candidates with non-traditional backgrounds or off-Hill experience are highly encouraged to apply.
