Senator Cortez Masto (D-Nev.) seeks a detail-oriented, resourceful problem solver, with strong interpersonal, writing and organizational skills. This candidate will work closely with the Director of Scheduling to assist with a broad range of scheduling and executive operations including, but not limited to, incoming scheduling requests, maintaining scheduling and personal files, assisting with special events and projects while cross collaborating with different departments and staff. The ideal candidate will value quality control and be proactive in helping create and maintain best practices. Previous administrative, executive support, and/or operations experience required.
