The Community Relations department serves the Dodger community with a commitment to health, education, and the armed forces while maintaining strong relationships with elected officials and community stakeholders. Through civic and corporate partnerships, events and community service, the Dodgers’ community outreach focuses on inspiring youth and adults throughout the Los Angeles region to PLAY, LEARN, LIVE, and SERVE. Whether inside the stadium or out in the community, the Dodgers fulfill a myriad of community needs and wishes, bringing joy and respite to people of all ages, abilities, backgrounds, and genders.

  • Able to work independently, creatively, with initiative and accurately within specific deadlines.
  • Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Innovative, creative, and ability to think outside the box.
  • Positive attitude, supportive, and team oriented.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other variable hours as needed


Program Requirements:

  • Must be a current Senior pursuing a bachelor’s degree OR are currently enrolled in your final year of a graduate program at an accredited institution OR within 1 year post graduation.
  • Must be available to live and work in Los Angeles or your assigned office location throughout the duration of your 5-month program (March-August).
  • A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • Passionate about working for a professional sports team.
  • Proactive and out of the box thinking.
