Vice President - Digital Political Fundraising

Vice President (7/10+ Senior Executive)

Blitz Digital Group is looking for an experienced Vice President with an entrepreneurial mindset to fuel its rapid growth. We’re seeking a driven, strategic and creative Vice President to manage the digital fundraising, content and data initiatives of our company and a rapidly growing client base.

As Vice President, you’ll serve as a chief advisor to the President, the Creative Director and mentor a talented team of creative executives, team leads, account managers and marketing coordinators that run the digital fundraising efforts for conservative political advocacy groups, national non-profits, candidates and PACs.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and develop a high-performing digital team

• Assist in acquiring new business

• Oversee the strategic direction for all of the firm’s digital fundraising programs and play a “hands-on” role in all advocacy fundraising appeals and political campaigns

• Proactively develop new business opportunities

• Develop and execute strategies for digital fundraising campaigns, email and text, and aggregated news content

• Establish key metrics and best practices for growth

• Identify creative ways to engage and grow client’s fundraising programs

Skills:

• 7+ years of digital experience running national online fundraising, non-profit, and conservative political advocacy programs

• 3+ years of managing and building a team

• Strong expertise in business strategy

• An entrepreneurial spirit and growth mindset

• Understanding of best practices for Email, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, SMS platforms, and WordPress website development
