The Office of Senator Mark Kelly seeks a dependable, good humored, detail-oriented, and highly motivated individual to serve as a Body Person/Driver as part of the scheduling team in the Washington, D.C. office. This position reports to the Director of Scheduling. Responsibilities will include driving the Senator -- including occasionally on early mornings, evenings and weekends; and qualified candidate will have a valid driver’s license and impeccable driving record, but need not have their own vehicle. Additional duties will include staffing the Senator at various on and off campus events and official duties, and preparing nightly briefing books for delivery/transmission to the Senator. Qualified candidates will excel at handling multiple responsibilities at a time, have exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail, be patient and flexible with a Senator’s ever changing schedule, and manage time effectively and efficiently. Candidates with Arizona ties preferred, and written and verbal Spanish proficiency highly desired. This is an entry level position with a salary of $45,000 and is eligible for benefits.
