Project Manager

Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno LLC has built a reputation for effective, client – centered advocacy before all New York State and New York City government agencies and regulators. We are seeking to add a central figure to our growing team in NYC as a Project Manager. An effective Project Manager will coordinate and work with team members providing support for daily tasks, meetings, and activities to ensure all stakeholders are operating in unison.

Responsibilities:

·       Coordinate with team members to keep projects on track

·       Ensure team members and clients are prepared for meetings with relevant legislative, administrative, and regulatory bodies

·       Manage budget related paperwork by ensuring all required materials are current and properly filed to ensure that there is a complete package of documents for meetings

·       Create, maintain, and distribute project documentation and deliverables on a timely basis

·       Track day-to-day developments corresponding to business and government relations, and research and draft briefing materials as needed

·       Assist with team events and meetings

·       Cultivate and maintain business relationships

·       Pitch in as needed on operational tasks

·       Use knowledge and insights to drive business forward

·       Additional duties as required

Qualifications:

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       Highly organized and able to manage and meet deadlines

·       Ability to follow directions and work collaboratively as part of a team

·       Comfortable managing an environment with simultaneous competing priorities and ability to recognize and provide solutions when those are in conflict

·       Bachelor’s degree required

·       Preferred: Detailed knowledge of New York City and/or New York State government

·       Preferred: Experience in Government, Politics, or Law

·       Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel, and Power Point

Pitta Bishop & Del Giorno LLC requires a COVID-19 vaccination as a condition of employment, subject to exception under applicable law.

Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
