Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Hands-on management of a robust call time program, including donor and data management, staffing call time, and following up.
  • Coordinating all logistics for virtual and in-person events: creating links, flyers, zoom invites, and collateral for event hosts, and providing support for in-person events. Traveling when necessary to support the candidate at in-person fundraisers.
  • Working with compliance consultant to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of campaign fundraising reports
  • Assisting with the online fundraising and email programs.

Qualifications:

  • Experience managing candidate call time and planning and executing successful high-dollar events (virtual events experience a bonus)
  • Ideal candidates will have experience with all additional aspects of campaign finance operations including direct mail, digital, budget management, and compliance
  • Must have an advanced working knowledge of NGP VAN, ActBlue, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Zoom
