About this role:


This position will focus on strategic communication initiatives that drive awareness, rebuild trust, and deliver thought leadership across Public Affairs. This position can sit in Charlotte, NCLos Angeles, CAMinneapolis, MNNew York, NY or Washington, DC and is required to be in the office 3 days a week. The Wells Fargo job profile is Communications Consultant.


In this role, you will:

  • Identify storytelling opportunities that promote the leaders across Public Affairs
  • Write and edit content to inform target audiences; this includes key messages, press releases, Q&As, and talking points
  • Collaborate on communications activities that support internal and external initiatives
  • Collaborate across Public Affairs to coordinate work and ensure a 'One Wells Fargo' approach
  • Assist with tracking and measuring results across Public Affairs
  • Audit Content Express to ensure compliance and tracking of key goals
  • Partner with communicators on alignment and support for enhancing Wells Fargo's reputation

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 2+ years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience executing integrated communications plans that align with business objectives
  • Experience developing compelling content and for creative storytelling
  • Experience providing communications counsel to management teams
  • Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
  • Experience presenting information in a manner that persuades, and influences decision makers

Pay Range


$66,400.00 - $118,000.00 Annual
