THE ROLE

ADVOC8 is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with extensive experience in optimizing conversions and the eCommerce space. This role will help to lead planning and execution of all digital marketing elements for a global brand’s eCommerce store. This includes but is not limited to email marketing, social media, and digital ad campaigns and promotions. They should have a strong understanding of content development for different platforms, and experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

This role is for a global brand in the mobile gaming industry and will have a heavy focus on bringing brand, product, digital, and e-commerce assets to life in the digital space. Experience or passion for mobile gaming, gaming, or branded entertainment is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Plans and executes all eCommerce, web, SEO/SEM, email, social media, and digital campaigns.

Designs, builds, and maintains social media presence.

Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identifies trends and insights, and optimizes funnels, tactics and performance based on insights.

Brainstorms new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing.

Provides high level creative direction on content using existing playbooks and brand assets

Deep understanding of social media platforms and content strategy

Experience with automation flows and SMS strategies

Curious and always looking for ways to improve the store and its conversion rate

Provide direction on communications challenges in a variety of channels including social media and eCommerce.

Present and pitch creative strategy work in conjunction with cross-functional team


SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of experience in an eCommerce, Social or a Digital Marketing Role

Proficiency in Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Word, Acrobat and Google Suite

Basic proficiency in Adobe Suite, Photoshop and Illustrator

Experience with Shopify and various plugins

Passion for storytelling and helping others tell stories to inspire action

Ability to balance multiple projects, delegate work effectively, and meet deadlines

Strong communication skills; detail-oriented, organized and efficient

Collaborative and self-motivated with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset
