High-profile Republican Senator seeks an experienced deputy scheduler and assistant to Chief of Staff for the Washington, D.C. office. The Deputy Scheduler will work directly with the Director of Scheduling to manage the Senator’s schedule in D.C. and in-state, including organizing and responding to scheduling requests, assisting with booking travel arrangements, and working with staff to provide background materials to the Senator. The Deputy Scheduler will also assist the Chief of Staff with scheduling, travel, and day to day operations. Prior Hill experience and comfort in a fast-paced office is required.
